Do you provide free shipping? Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer free shipping. However, we do offset your cost by providing you with reward points. Learn more by signing up for V.I.P 

How can I track my order? You will have a chance at checkout to download Shop App to follow your package. We encourage you to take the time to do so.

What is the standard Shipping delivery? Shipping can take up to 3-5days standard to process and ship. Use our CONTACT US if you experience any issues with your delivery, as we have no control over time delay once we ship your package.

What if I never received my package?  If for some reason your package never makes it to your door within 7days, Please CONTACT US. We use top priority shipping with tracking for our store, we will settle it for you.

DISCLOSURE: We Grounded In Faith Tees highly encourage you to use SHOP APP when checking out to follow your package. We do not assume responsibility for your product once it is shipped and/or delivered to your door or mailbox. This includes theft.  

What if I ordered from a third party? Our Tee's are shipped separately from other items in our store. You will receive multiple packages if that is the case. If for some reason your package does not fit your need, please send it back to our address and NOT the manufacturer.
